Anyone have any cool Christmas wild game cooking traditions? I did some Moose tenderloin,for the family yesterday. Christmas Day we are doing Lasagna with Moose burger and Elk Italian Sausage
Grilled elk roast yesterday. Pasta with Italian elk sausage for lunch yesterday (grandkids love it). Bacon wrapped whitetail steak this afternoon. Butterball turkey tomorrow.
Every christmas eve we do a wild game fondue. We have marinated elk, deer and pheasant as well as some home made potstickers! Kids favorite dinner and christmas tradition!
