Dredged and fried some strips of chicken breast, chunked them when my sauce was ready. Made a roux with the drippings, flour, butter, and minced fresh garlic. deglazed with chicken stock and white wine, then added in some capers, mushrooms, bacon, and chopped sun-dried tomato. Smashed white sweet potatoes, and the cinnamon honey-glazed baked pears w/ black and golden raisins.
