My fall back meal. One of the better youngish mulies I've shot.
Slightly pounded although probably didn't need it. Shaken in flour after seasoned with salt and pepper with garlic powder. In the flour for over an hour and shaken every 20 mins.
Fried in medium hot canola oil and the first turn when the blood shows...about 2 minutes. Same for the other side. Pink in the middle. Medium.

Yeah buddy, those look great. I just ate, so they would be tomorrows awesome sandwiches!!!!

Standin' in front of the fridge at 2200 in your underwear, chewing on a cold deer steak, and wondering what else to eat. Doesn't get much better!!!
Just wondering……. is that so you don’t forget how by morning……
