Colorado Bear success and fun.

Had a great time in western Colorado bear hunting this week. I saw 6 bears in 7 days and shot a nice 275lb'er at 275yards with my 270 Win and Nosler Accubonds that rolled him in his tracks with one shot. My bear has a 5 inch white diamond in his chest and since I already have a rug, I'll gonna do a half body mount for my wall that will display the white diamond. Weather was perfect and had some good times. Also heard elk bugling on 3 days.

We got three out of six hunters... Pretty good considering the success rate is only about 10%. Here's pics of the other two bears... Smaller 100lbs'ers.

Yes sir! It'd take me all day to find the right poles without colors on them..

I saw several groups that struggled seeing bears too. I think our group was just extra lucky to get 3 our of 6.
