Colorado gun laws

Anyone know how muzzle loaders fit in with Colorado gun laws? I want to sell my CVA but I don't know if a private sale is legal.

its perfectly fine, muzzle loaders are not under any stupid laws like that in colorado.

They are not w/in the gun definition...they are not a gun and not covered by gun laws....unlesssssss, in COLORADO ONLY (I think, about the only part), you are a felon. In other states felons can own them, as they are not a gun....your mileage may vary (check other states laws). IOW, Colorado closed that loop-hole in the law.

I know nothing about specific Colorado laws but there's one muzzleloaded which fall under the "firearm" definition.
The Remington ultimate is a 4473 firearm.

I know it doesn't apply to you but I just found out that not all muzzleloaders are exempt from gun laws. Weird but I guess a couple are like this.
