Colorado Unit 3/301

I'm new to the site and am thinking of applying in 3/301. Anyone know of the potential of the deer in that area. It looks as though there is alot of public hunting area. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the potential for big bucks there, or is this a quantity unit with no quality. Also, is there any unit you would suggest that can be drawn with out points?

Id interested next year if I could see the property. I'm not sure if you get the tags every year but I've been trying to find somewhere to go every year if I could. Also not sure if you can send a pin on onx or something like that just to look it over.
