Colorado winter kill in N/W

Has anyone heard from DOW, what kind of mortality the Deer and Elk had in the Bears Ear herd and White River herd's???

Hello

I talk with a warden from Craig on Tuesday. He told me that the dear are fine not as bad as they had figured and the elk were hit mostly with calfs and cows. But over all he said it was a normal winter kill, just a few more elk then normal. Deer was a normal winter kill.

That's what I was told by a guy that drives that country everyday.
