Colorful Ribeye Dinner!!

Ribeye steaks cut from those on-sale Holiday roasts we like to buy, 1" for the wife and 1.5" for me. Baked sweet potato with butter, honey and cinnamon. Rainbow cauliflower and squash, with tomato/cucumber/pickled red onion salad in red wine vinegar. Hadn't had a vodka tonic for a while, with a twist of lemon!!! Pretty darn good meal.

Chef Blank……….. proud of you. That plate full is a sign of a man in great health. I couldn’t eat that all in one setting anymore if you put a gun to my head. Great looking meal man!!!
 
Have to confess, I'm not the glutton I pretend to be We each saved a half of a steak for tomorrow night!! :)
 
Left overs were great too, and I baked up some Naan flatbread chips to have with hummus. The lemon Alfredo from the other night was a hit, drizzled over the veggies!!! A couple of you asked about the cauliflower, and yes, it does come in colors!!!
