Crane Movement

Hey all. I was lucky enough to draw a MRGV Sandhill crane tag this year. I normally hunt north of Socorro in an area I’ve had luck before, but last year I got skunked there. I was out scouting last weekend and it seemed that I saw more crane flying south of Socorro than north.

I’m planning to go scouting again tomorrow morning. I’m hoping that with this cold weather I’ll see some more flying around.

Just curious what kind of crane movement folks are seeing. I’d appreciate any info that anyone can share (PM is fine).
Thanks.
