Just got done reading that response by LaRocco from the link in the other post. That was really interesting.

He'll be lucky to get 43 days of community service.

LaRocco's story seemed complete, but then looking at another link about the trial, it didn't look like the deer poaching charges are even being addressed at this time.
And now he is mental incompetent.....DUH!!!!
How do people get way with this $hit?
If it was one of us, they would have already thrown away the key and we would have lost our hunting priveleges years ago!
Sounds like they just barely took away his hunting rights in CO and NM...
Unbelievable!
