How an elected official can threaten the general public with a virus and not lose their position in government is appalling. This fits with all the Hollywood threats to the president being acceptable also. This goes beyond the second amendment and could encourage a terrorist act.

Regarding there not being MAGA rallies. There is no Olympics this year. No NBA season. No baseball, little league or MLB. No school for many.

Probably none right now. Biden should be happy and get all the rest he can. Maybe snort some focus supplements for the next few weeks too. Because Trump is going to eat him for lunch once they do get to debate. The only thing that makes it look good for Biden. Which will be for a short little while, is he can now say that he has as many people at his rallies as Trump. But then again that's like NFL coaches telling their team going into week one that they are as good as any other team. And that's simply because they haven't competed against their opponent yet.

Trump has preformed extremely well facing this invisible viral foe. His instincts to be wise about the course of action with regard to moving America back to normality are amazing. He is spot on, following the Norway approach. Protect aggressively those at risk , we must do that , however the DATA does not support the demise of our 330,000,000 people into an economic catastrophe.

If MAGA rallies are still going on then it would be your fellow Trump supporters who would be infecting those attending a MAGA rally because the virus doesn't pick and choose by political party.

People who intentionally spread the coronavirus could face criminal charges under federal terrorism laws, the Justice Department’s No. 2 official said Tuesday.
In a memo to top Justice Department leaders, law enforcement agency chiefs and U.S. Attorneys across the country, Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen said prosecutors and investigators could come across cases of “purposeful exposure and infection of others with COVID-19.”
“Because Coronavirus appears to meet the statutory definition of a ‘biological agent’… such acts potentially could implicate the Nation’s terrorism-related statutes,” Rosen wrote. “Threats or attempts to use COVID-19 as a weapon against Americans will not be tolerated.”
Rosen did not say whether any such threats or intentional exposures had been reported or whether his warning was simply precautionary.
