Is there a decent doubler on the market? I have not heard a lot of good things about them, but sure do like the thought of having the option of sizing up animals when I don't want to carry my 80mm scope.

If you are talking about them for Bino's then forget it, this question comes up each year and the same old remarks, DON'T BUY THEY SUCK. Not worth the money, some guys have even offered to give them away.

Totally not worth the money they do not compare to a spotter at all.

Do not waste your money and if you do decide to waste it buy one used off of enbay were some guy spent the money and is now selling it becuase it sucked.

Thanks for the replies. I have an 80mm spotter and don't really enjoy carrying it around. I should have bought a 60. OOPS!

I have a 80mm and a 60mm, both have there
own purposes, The 80 is for close to the
truck and atv spotting and short hikes,
the 60 is for longer hikes.

Just my 2 cents !
