Draw odds dedicated hunter question

So there was 4 of us that put in for dedicated as a group, we averaged 2 points and didn’t draw. Looking at the recently published odds 3 people with 1 point drew. Can anyone tell me what’s going on? Seems crappy that people with less points drew before us.

Could be a couple Things:

Maybe they were down to only 3 Permits available making it not Possible to Have your Group Draw with 4 People in your Group?

points in this case don't guarantee you a tag, just you name in the hat X amount of times. Luck of the draw.

Aren’t they preference points meaning the ones with the highest points draw?

That is Bonus points, if that was the case here all 16 would have drawn with 2 points and no one else would have drawn.

I drew for my third consecutive DH run all with 0 points.

It is a preference system. Most likely had to do with group of 4 and probably less then 4 tags available when you ticket was pulled
