for dinner last night. We had small anounts of both shrimp & scallops, so we put them together in a frying pan to saute with butter, chopped garlic, lime juice, cilantro. Huy Fong chile/garlic sauce, blk. pepper, a sprinkle of Old Bay seasoning and a liberal amount of Jose Cuervo. Served over angel hair pasta with the above mixture as a sauce & a mixed salad on the side.
