East Beulah No.3 Elk hunt

Has anyone any info on this hunt? It looks like it is fairly popular with over 500 applicants for the 80 or so tags. Season is a long one with an any elk bag. Far more interest than the first and second hunt. PM me please.

private land issues, elk scattered,most of the elk in Beulah tend to be in the west half, there are some good bulls scattered here and there. In the Beulah Unit as a general rule the farther east you go the flater it gets, the flatter the land the more private their is. That is about all I can give you. My guess is most of the applicants are locals who time to spend to find the elk.

Hunted it a few years ago. I wouldnt waste my time. Unless you have access to private lands. Some big bulls, but mostly all that get to kill those are local ranchers. You are either in the elk, or you can hunt for weeks and not see a bull. I would look elsewhere if it was me. How points do you have?

I have zero. But I could have 2 or 5 depending on who I apply with.
