For anyone out there afraid to cook a rack of elk ribs, don’t be. I cooked some last weekend for Super bowl. Rubbed and smoked just like I would pork ribs. they are certainly different than pork ribs but still very delicious. A great way to diversify your wild game cooking and cut down on the amount of burger
