Elk Tenderloin, Fried Potatoes, and Veggies

Beautiful elk tenderloin, some chopped veggies in cheese sauce, and fried potatoes. Baby leaf spinach salad w/ bacon, mozzarella, pecans, and baby tomatoes. Mushroom caps in red wine reduction, and then the bourbon glaze over the meat. Girls don't do venison, so they were stuck with pork steaks!! :)

Sounds like you’re cooking for some picky eaters. Around here, whoever does the cooking makes the rules. Haha It all looks good though!
