I have been making a protocol new set of trekking poles. They are going to be game changers. They will stack and act like a pole vault pole. Then double as trekking poles...I'm thinkin' there is going to be a run on these later this week so I wanted y'all to be ready. Just click below. several options to choose from...
Sadlyi think there is gonna be a whole lot of disappointed/angry biggame hunters on here shortly
Today's trial is Carbon County vs the hunters, nothing to do with landowner's money unless he paid off the six jurors they will pick this morning.don't know why but i have a gut feeling this is going to go in the ranches favor he has millions to spend on attorneys and keep it tied up in court forever (straight out of donald trumps playbook }until the 4 accused, bha and its donors run out of money
Shortly? ?i think there is gonna be a whole lot of disappointed/angry biggame hunters on here shortly
yes shortly it wont take the rancher long to bury the 4 stooges in financial debt, and i doubt bha and its supporters have millions to part with to keep it going long ...and it will take millions (like i said the rancher is going to use a page out of trumps play book)eventually the 4 stooges are gonna cave they dont have the money to keep it going and niethier does bha or their supporters.Shortly? ?
I do not know what the defendants fees in Wyoming will be, but in many places $70,000 is not considered a large war chest. We tell out NOVA/DC area clients to expect somewhere around $40,000-$50,000 in fees if a nasty contested divorce goes to court, with absolutely no guarantees on the outcome. That is a shock to some of them and more than a few of them have decided to play nice with the ex-spouse rather than take their chances in court. We often see corporate issues where the price to play for each player is $300,000-$400,000.I don’t think there is any reason to expect this to be resolved “shortly”. Whichever way the decision goes I would expect the other side to appeal.
The State has plenty of taxpayer money to spend on an appeal. The defendants have $70,000 of other peoples money to spend that they have raised on Go Fund Me. So I don’t see this being resolved “shortly”.
Not according to Ashley...the court is about broke, has a whopping $800,000 a year budget. She was complaining that even a change in venue would be too expensive.I don’t think there is any reason to expect this to be resolved “shortly”. Whichever way the decision goes I would expect the other side to appeal.

The state or county can't appeal the decision of "not guilty". Get your facts straight.I don’t think there is any reason to expect this to be resolved “shortly”. Whichever way the decision goes I would expect the other side to appeal.

I think there's little to no chance of this going in favor of the landowner but that's my opinion I've been watching this closelyWhat do you think the chances of a hung jury. And if there is a hung jury will the State retry them.
If there is a hung jury and the State doesn’t retry them then nothing is settled.
You may be overthinking my reply.
You were exactly 100 percent dead wrongcould be 100% dead wrong but i just don't think i am
Especially being guided that direction by the judges opinion in their information packet. The defense attorney did a great job I thought from the parts I listened to. Making it where the average person could understand how ridiculous this isNice to know 6 men and woman didn't fall for the air space bullchit.
He's not going to have much luck getting anyone to write a citation after this is all said and done that's for sureGreat news and the money we all donated goes to a good cause.
Gut feeling here, this isn't over. The rancher doesn't take loosing well
I think that many across the state will have a hard time getting the tickets written. Assuming that the basis of the case stays the same. Crossing at a marked corner...He's not going to have much luck getting anyone to write a citation after this is all said and done that's for sure
No please, it's been nice not to deal with his garbage.I wish high fast flyer was still around I sure miss his accurate comments...
Elks96 comment just reminded me of him. Can't cross a corner without a marker lol. They better hope your boot print is still there by the time they get the surveyors out thereNo please, it's been nice not to deal with his garbage.
No not that at all. But I do contend. Without a section marker there is another level of risk and another burden to the case. I understand the argument, but I also think that argument is not as straight forward or stable as the argument in this case. This case was a perfect first risk as everyone involved aside they did not touch the private. There was no gray area for wiggle.Elks96 comment just reminded me of him. So a corner can't be crossed with a gps device. ?No not that at all. But I do contend. Without a section marker there is another level of risk and another burden to the case. I think not having a corner marker makes corner crossing easier. How does the state prove you didn't walk from public to public? It's not the hunter's responsibility to show it in court. No not that at all. But I do contend. Without a section marker there is another level of risk and another burden to the case. I'd hate to be declared a ladder carrier. Especially across several sections! ?That would be kind of entertaining - show up out there with a school bus full of guys with ladders. I'm in.
We focus on trophy elk, mule deer, antelope and moose hunts and take B&C bucks most years.
