Kids came and moved all of the MIL's furniture out of the senior living center to the house, and wouldn't let me help at all. Rented a U-Haul and did it in one trip. Stuffed poppers w/ beans, cheese, and sour cream and bacon spears, shrimp and cocktail sauce, taco boats, and guacamole. I figured feeding them was worth it!!

You sir are an inspiration, I love cooking since retirement but am still striving to come close to the culinary world you live in .thanks ?

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. When the wife and I were working, it was the same way. Both had long hours, and the first one home was tasked with either finding or making something for dinner. Now that we are retired also (4 1/2 yrs), it's just fun to put stuff together. I love to cook, and hate to do dishes, so we just naturally settled on our new roles.
