..of my experimental country ribs from the freezer last night with some fries & a salad. Still had some jicama, so added some chunks to the salad.
For those who missed the first installment on the ribs, they were first done in my electric smoker with applewood, then finished in the crockpot with El Pato red sauce, onions, garlic & jalapenos.
