I'm looking to build a single unit (very portable)
fish fryer that I can use for many things other than
your standard fish fry. I've used many, and they've
varied from the ol'multuburner head, that we see now
to the, drilled-out orifice, that I was personally raised
on. When they are put together correctly, each type works
well. In fact, for pure catfish frying, the drilled out
orifice has worked better for me over the years than anything
else. But, I've used a bunch others of late, and would like to
know what you think. It's no longer a Pure fish fryer, but
something I can use Outdoors for all of my frying.
