Was up there this weekend, lots of does. But the bucks haven't started to move down. The storm was too warm, it was downright balmy during the day.

Crocker Ridge was closed from one side but you could make it up from 5 points in 4wd with mud tires or atv.

Take a chainsaw, it was like trees were falling every 15 minutes in the forest, make for an interesting night. Cleared the road once.

Another storm on the forecast, going up next weekend.

I hope the weather plays or the bucks just get board and start moving.

Game warden said he punched more bear tags than deer this year.

Check the weather for Yosemite valley, it's supposed to snow all next week.
