Getting pumped for turkey this spring. Bought some new decoys as well. I'm 0 for 2 on turkey hunts but am ready to try again this season. Wish y'all the best of luck!

Just out of curiosity, what is everyone's go to decoy? I personally am using flextone decoys.

I'm trying the Ultimate Predator wind drifter decoys. Look great with a little wind. Now I just got to figure out where to go. Saw a CPW post that confirmed Turkey Season will not be cancelled due to current restrictions as they've gotten a lot of calls. Might have some crowds to contend with this year with many folks off work???

i don't use decoys. it's amazing how they hone in on the sound - the the extent of which side you are turning yer head when you call. i don't think there has ever been a situation where i wish i had a decoy... too much to pack around anyway!

not a popular opinion with the industry/gear guys... but i have never found them necessary

I got rid of my B-Mobile (old Primos decoy) and his girlfriend a few years ago. I do better without him ! I use a couple of box calls with different sounds and this works really well.
