The Gila elk tag exploded. The antelope gets bought by the same person every year. Doesn't want his world record to have a chance to get beat.

The pronghorn hunt ended selling for $25,000.00 . The Valle Vidal sold for $22,500.00 and the Gila 16 sold for $65,000.00. Unit 2 mule deer $25,000.00 and unit 4/5 mule deer sold for $17,500.00...

Its getting pretty hard to draw a tag just about any where in the state for deer and elk . Barbary sheep seems to be the go too now a days and Im sure that will change in the coming years..Theres always javalina , tho ...
