Gunnison- Dropping a trailer

My kids drew tags in the Basin for 2nd season- problem is one can't hunt the first weekend and one can't hunt the second weekend. So I will be making two trips with the different kids. We are driving 7 hours one way and I'd rather not pull my trailer out and back twice.

Anyone have thoughts on were I could leave it near Gunnison? It is a 12' open trailer, with 2 atvs on it.

We'd drop it sometime Oct 29th-31st (depending on success) and plan to pick it up the night of Thursday, Nov 3rd. Doesn't need too much protection from the elements, just protection from people. PM me ideas.

Depending on the direction your coming from or perhaps even in Gunnison, maybe there is a self-storage somewhere available for months rent.

That’s a generous offer. Tomichi is a great guy he did the same thing for me when I did my hunt. he let me leave my quad and trailer and some camping gear at his place while I stayed in a motel room
