Leave me alone in a motel room when deer hunting, and I can come up with all sorts of weird stuff. Yep, maybe the alcohol helped!! Taco stuffed bell peppers, Martian avocados, and candy corn.
Meat was spicy taco meat, mixed with black beans and sharp cheddar. Packed them full. Thinking that stuffing another, or a Hatch Chile with bison chorizo would be awesome too!!!
