Hammered the redfish today!!

12 reds and a big drum weighed in about 100# and we ended up with around 20# of filets!!! Man, I’m gonna be in fried fish heaven for a while!!!

Great job, Blank! Redfish on the half-shell over mesquite coals is pretty darn tasty! Fried is good, too... Where are the coast did you catch em? We usually tear em up in POC. Happy eating!

great haul! my wife and I lived in Galveston a long time, miss this. the flounder run was also loads of fun. can't wait to get back

It’s funny how tastes vary. I prefer sea trout over redfish. Finer meat and tasty. My buddy boats thousands of reds a year, but really loves flounder!!! Anything wrapped in meal or batter and fried is a winner tho!!!!!
