Roseville is in Placer county next door to Sacramento County. A lot of Trump supporters in Placer county. A lot of liberals also. Heck Northern CA. down to the central valley area to Bakersfield and Orange county normally votes Republican.
we are controlled by the liberals on the coast from San Francisco down to below L.A. where the majority of the population is at.
There is a possibility that Antifa painted the dots if they plan to hit the suburbs outside of Sacramento County.
