That’s making me hungry for sure! My mother in law makes great Mexican food. I love the taco shells fired just enough where their a little chewing when eaten cool!
Those look delicious. What fish did you use? I normally always use lingcod or rock cod.

I also usually use cod, cause I like the white meat and it stays firm in lots of lemon. Our local Winco store gets the flash frozen whole Mahi filets that are awesome too.
