Hatch Chile Burgers Tonight

Dying for a great burger tonight, and the girls said that would work for them! Hatch Chile burgers w/ gruyere cheese, leftover pepper bacon from breakfast, and all the fixings. Those Idaho French fries are a given along with burgers. Probably the last of the good fresh L&T we will see until Spring. At least I can get sweet onions from Texas and Mexico in the winter! Still got that pecan pie, but will have to wait a bit for that.

Are the Chilis mixed with the meat ? Looks great

These are the ones I bought at Sam's Club back in August, during the season. They are amazing, and have the chiles and Cotija cheese already mixed in. Bought 3 boxes of 15, and am almost out, they are that good. Was looking on the Internet and there are some really good recipes for them as "smashburgers" too!!
