Dadgum you can sure grow some spuds. This bad boy was just shy of 2 lbs. Got 50 more just like em. No idea what makes Idaho potatoes grow the way they do but whatever it is don't change a thing and keep up the good work!!

I used to be a potato salesman when I lived in Idaho, it's mind blowing realizing how enormous and powerful the potato industry is.

I like Yukon Golds, they are delicious and make the best fries ?

This fall I bought potatoes from a kids group fund raiser. 100 lbs each of red, Yukon golds and russets. I like the reds for garlic mashed with the skins on, russets for baked, and the golds for fries, roasted and hash browns if I have all three to choose from.
