MIL has been a little mopey, and down in the dumps. Worked on my project car this morning in the rain, then we took flowers out to my FIL's grave. When we got back, I started slow cooking a prime rib for her to smell all afternoon. 225 degrees for 4 hours, bakers, mushrooms, and roasted asparagus. She has a happy face on now!!!

Had three full prime ribs left for tonight's dinner. Girls ate up the veggies, so I was left with just the mushrooms, and some onions and peppers. Figured a plate of Cajun shrimp scampi was a good side!!
