Holloway Meadows/Table Mtn - Santa Rosa Mtns

Hows the hike to these places? Is there water?

You can drive right through the middle of Holloway Meadows and right to Table Mtn. I am not sure what your question is? There are roads all over that area, it is not at all remote.

I was hoping for a place in the santa rosa's to get away from the roads and see some deer.

The only roadless area as you might imagine is the Santa Rosa Wilderness area. It's not huge, but there are some hikeable areas in it. The rest is pretty well criss-crossed with roads.
