Punched my Colorado Muzzy tag yesterday evening. 1.5 year old cow. 161 yards, broadside.

I didn’t wait for “Colorado approval”. It would be pretty hard to prosecute me over something that meets all the legal definitions and are mirror images of bullets that are approved, as in Bor-Loc and Powerbelts.

These bullets shoot very well out of my Optima V2. 100 gr by volume of BH209. CCI Magnum 209.

The shot was slightly quartering too. Got both lungs and nicked the liver. She went 50 drama free yards and killed over.

Im very happy with them. It expanded well to the interlock ring. Killed her deader n hell…

Just curious. Is Colorado changing the muzzy rules? I have 14 elk points and may use them on a muzzy hunt. I thought they were no 209's, no blackhorn, etc. I really do not know, I just thought they were more like the Pacific North West

Shot these yesterday and holy crap they are money! Easy to load and shoot very accurate. Now I need to find more. Anyone know who has any?
