How does the 2nd draw work for non residents?

Is there any non res caps on the 2nd draw?

Anyone know if the tag numbers are final? Or will they add more tags on Friday as they have been doing?

I tried calling them, but got tired of sitting on hold.

I am pretty sure what was posted in the list last week is the final numbers, as that is what was leftover plus the week of electronic returns.

Anything that gets returned now should go to an alternate or not get re issued if there is no alternate.

There have been 2 weeks of returned tag updates.

I applied aleady. If they post something new I guess I could cange my app.

Anyone seen a second draw date? I am guessing next week.

The regulations say July 8. The bonus point application period ends Monday.

I am guessing it will be at least the week of the first of July.

May 22 was the published date for the main draw and they got out two days early this year.
