Howdy
New to MM forum. Recently retired and just purchased a new bow, haven’t had one for 15 years or so. Here are some details about my new setup and photos. The target is the first 3 arrows at 20 yards after it was all set up. Set up was perfect we made no changes. Time to get me and the bow broken in. Planning on OTC Muley hunt end of December/January.

Welcome to the board. That is indeed a nice setup. I'm digging the high FOC and heavy arrow. Perfect elk medicine. Good luck out there!

Personally I feel you are about 150 grains to heavy, but that's my own preference.

Nice set up, I too bought a mathews V3 31 this year. Love the bow smoothest shooter I have ever shot by a long shot.

I’m new as well to the site as well. Also setup a new bow this year. Hoyt Ventum Pro. Wilderness green, 76lbs 29” draw, total arrow weight 495@ 286 FPS been shooting almost everyday since Jan. Waiting on stabilizer. The group has bareshaft in it at 40yds. Excited for my Wyoming max point elk tag

Mike that is a sweet bow, do not think you sent me a pic of it all done up. I like the flat color. Elk are in trouble.

Welcome! Bare shaft grouping with the fletched arrows at 40 yards? I'd say that bow is tuned! Nice!
