I am actually doing a research on freshwater ecology, that pond is part of my research. I will post it as the research goes. I am hoping to make it crystal clear by the end of the year and study.

Magnificent oxtail.
Oxtail used to be one of the least favored beef choice. This bony part is rich in fat and flavours. A well prepared oxtail will knock you off-balance.

Beautifully done. Ox tail in Zim, from our buffalos, was some of our favorite meals in camp. Delicious.
