Hunting in the rain

Here in Washington we tend to get a little bit of rain during the hunting season. The guy who owns the local gun store suggested that I use a small balloon to cover up the end of my muzzle loader when I go hunting this fall. I am wondering what kind of protection you guys use so your powder does not get wet?? Or do you? I am still learning allot about inlines so all the help I can get is grately appreciated. Thanks again. B_B

Yes I use a ballon over the barrel to keep out rain, snow, dirt and things, it doesn't affect your bullets at all.

Gator: Do you use one that only goes over the tip of the barrel and not over the fore end site? Do you just roll it up the the front of the site, stop, and then just shoot it off when you shoot? Thanks

venor, ergo sum (I hunt, therefore I am)

I don't know what kind they are they are for water ballons, I pull them up to the front sight I just shoot thru them, It kind of like a condom.
