Hey TogPotee!

You Probably Got the 4th Booster Vaccine Long Before I Even Heard about it!

But Just In Case You Haven't You'd Best Get The KING RANCH Warmed Up!

Probably will be next year. just like the flu shot.

In other health news coats have been proven ineffective and you should ditch yours. 1500 Americans died of hypothermia last year and most were wearing coats, proving they're ineffective at saving lives.

Don't even get me started on seatbelts!

No jackbooted government commie is going to make me wear a seatbelt. My sister's husband's cousin's boyfriend was wearing a seatbelt and died in a car crash and his chihuahua was unbuckled and survived, so that means seatbelts kill people. In fact, most people in the hospital after being in a car crash were wearing seatbelts! I think Alex Jones said he doesn't wear a seatbelt and he made a $165,000,000 selling supplements to out-of-shape angry people over the last three years so he must be pretty freaking smart.

Seatbelts are just part of the socialist's plan to tell us how to live and what to wear in our own vehicles, plus it turns on a tracking device that the pedophiles use to safely move trafficked children in Epstein's secret tunnels dug 1,750' below the Interstate system.

Also, I saw on Facebook that wearing seatbelts causes impotence and early balding and the picture had an American flag on it so it must be true. 'Merica

My very first deposition fresh outa college was for a carload of drunks who crashed on one of our jobsites. The front passenger in the van was seeking damages for impotence caused by the accident (and me directly). Limp dicked dooshbag.

who won?

Insurance settled. It was a total $10k or something like that split by 3 people and their sleazy lawyers. We notched the win column.

I was lucky to learn early on the insurance settlement racket. I was just a prop.

...says the thrown back carp.......lol

Grizz is my friend.

But this is funny. Well played sir?

But in seriousness, if I don't wear a seat belt, or helmet, and kill myself, how is that any business of the government? Asking for a friend

Further, WHY are the triple vaccinated (I'm double) and masked up, so concerned with folks that aren't?

Or in other words, when did adulthood get outlawed?

If protecting yourself with a seatbelt was so damned important, why do only 18 states in the entire country require helmets to ride a motorcycle???

Short answer is there is Federal highway funds they can control and withhold from the states with automobiles, but there is no hook to the motorcycle industry (yet).

Gentlemen, after doing about 4-5 coroners cases on persons that died in car wrecks that would have been saved if wearing a seat belt. I am a firm believer they do save lives. Two cases the car rolled over with very little damage, but the driver, not wearing seat belt, had his head caught between the upper car door and pavement and head was pancaked. If they would have had their seat belt on, they would not have been tossed upwards out of the seat and survived.
Other case involved two 18 year old kids, boy and girl. they were riding in back of a jeep, hardtop, no seat belt on. Two other kids riding up front with seat belts on. Jeep clipped a truck and spun around. Both kids in front, no injury, kids in back were ejected though side window and onto side of 18 wheeler and I picked up their internal organs from the pavement with a scoop shovel.

...so you'll be getting a 4th booster??

RELH: I realize you are LEO and see things we can never imagine. Several of my friends are also. I know I have survived crashes in motorcycles, dragsters, and race cars I never would have without a helmet. I also know that making it a mandatory Government law, no matter if I am on the Interstate at 80, or the local neighborhood road at 20 mph is a determining factor if I wear it or not. When I drive the Jeep or Land Cruiser without a top and doors, I won't even start it up until everyone is buckled in. Otherwise, it depends. Safer in the car than the motorcycle tho!!!!

The issue isn't whether they save lives.

The issue is how the government decides that it is your mom, dad, grandma.

When was it decided full grown folks, can't make their own decisions, good or bad?

And yeah, folks scoop up guts, or sew folks back together. But no policy ne makes them, that is their choice as well

Drive a vehicle….you’re at risk of dying.

Hang around crowds….at risk of dying from covid.

Stay in the house to avoid death….at risk of dying of poor health.

Get depressed….at risk of suicide.

….Might as well not live at all if your worried about dying???

become a cop....at risk of scooping up livers with a shovel..

1972 was the Year!

The Ole Man Comes Home Sporting a New K-5 BLAZER 4X4!

We Go Out To See it & He Pulled His Pocket Knife Out & Cut Every Seat out of The Rig & Put Them In The Garbage Can!

I Still Shake My Head every Time I Think about it!

I Procrastinated about Wearing Them For Decades!

They Are a Good & Smart Thing To Use!

I'm Perty Sure The Ole Man Was Thinking GOVERNMENT OVER-REACH at the Time!

The nice part of that Homer is you also get to shoot A-holes.
The rest of the story is that the young girl that was killed had her older sister killed in a car accident the year before. She was the last child and we had to deliver that news to her mother. Homer are you feeling like a A-hole now for that comment.

No one forced you to be a cop.

It's stupid to not protect one's self.

But, this morning, it was 13degrees. To chase a goose, I was laying in the mud, wet, shivering.

Hypothermia kills.

So should big daddy government stop me from that?

Should Brandon decide chasing elk in whiteouts and 10 degrees is too unsafe, because every so often, hunters don't come home?

I carry guns, daily. I have a hatchet and razor knife on me constantly. I walk on 44" tall stilts. Work on 2x12 planks over 2 story entry ways.

I married a redhead.

So where did we decide some dude in a gov office decides a seat belt is mandatory, but that 2x12 over a 2 story entry, is ok?

I wear one every time I drive. But it's none of the gov buisness

I can literally think of nothing worse than telling a parent they lost a child.

Except, of course, being that parent.

I think OSHA might have a say.

It became “the government’s“ business when the taxpayers started paying for it.

Although infectious diseases and viruses are a little different, it shouldn’t matter a lick to me how and where you kill yourself. But it does matter when I sit on the freeway for 2 hours while they wash you off with a fire hose on my nickle.

At your age, you being on the freeway is a danger?

Did you die less thanks to them telling you how to not die? Or, did you try to not die, because you didn't want to?
We were actually cited for an “impalement hazard” for having 5-gal water bottles stored vertically on the closet floor. You had to lean over them to reach the copier paper.

I’m no fan of government overreach, but with so many wards of the state what the hell are you supposed to do? Should lepers and lunatics walk among us?

So the real answer, is we have to many wards of the state. Because government cares more about people?

So the seat belt saves lives, I totally agree. What they dont do is prevent car wrecks. My understanding is the vaccine is going to prevent the wreck not save you if you happen to wreck. Apples to oranges guys. The same argument with Bidens drunk buddies analogy with the coat.

If you think the vaccine is going to save you, get it. If you dont agree with it dont get it. Its pretty much that simple...

Wow, I did the DoD OSHA thing for ten years. Never saw anything close to that in the regs. Fall protection, LOTO, impeding exit from a room....we even had a drop down menu to choose from. I wonder if that impalement thing was discretionary?

MSHA, in a field office trailer on site. It was “abated” after a telephone conference. Still a citation on your record.

I’m not saying one of my dummies didn’t ask him why he wasn’t out rescuing cats from trees.?
