While people were jumping on the band wagon of the holiday spirit I held off. Instead of buying an expensive Rib Roast I waited until Safeway ground the leftovers into hamburger and had a member's special. $1.88/pound with a limit of 2 Mega Packs. I'm old, but with age comes wisdom.

Honestly though a killer burger ranks higher on my list than nearly any restaurant steak.
