I made the cover!!!

I figger the campfire is the place to toot your own horn a little.

The Idaho Statesman is Idaho and Boise's biggest newspaper and every thursday they have a section called "Idaho Outdoors". They do a good job about keeping us Idahoan's informed about outdoor stuff, upcoming seasons, places to camp, fishing reports, ect.

Well every year they do the "Big Game Outlook", about the begining of Oct. I got a call from outdoor editor Roger Phillips, informing me that they were going to use the picture of the buck I harvested last season for the cover.

My 15 minutes of fame. Hah!
