Can anyone tell me when the NR Idaho general deer tags usually sell out by?

Usually before the end of Sept first of Oct.
Aug 30th they go on sale and the residents buy them up at NR prices.

I have hunted Idaho for the last 7 years or so, and two years ago was the first time I remember them selling out, and it wasnt untill about the middle of october. Last year it was about oct 12-14 somewhere in there as I bought one on oct 7 and they sold out a few days later.
