Just read an article saying that Idaho has a bill yet to be signed by the governor that aims to eliminate about 90% of their wolves. Hope this works. I guess when the introduction was started the aim was 15 breeding pair or 150 wolves. They now estimate there are 1,500..kinda got away from the agreement ..HUH?

Kind of. The minimum acceptable population was 150 not the goal. If Idaho does this then expect them to go back on the endangered species list, and be even tougher to get removed from there next time.

what???.....150 WAS the population goal....

Not sure this will make much difference. We could get 15 tags a year before, there are only a handful of trappers that ever get in that range. Hoping it does make a difference, but don't think enough guys are willing to spend the time.
