My 16 yr old son got an otc rifle tag (I dont have a tag). We can only hunt after Nov 1st and looks like that limits us to units where private permission is needed. Can any one point me in a direction? NOT grizzly territory and we aren't looking for anyone to guide us, just a place for him to hunt. We're not looking for a freebie either, just want to get him his first buck or at least more time in the field with him. He hunted his butt off in AZ and CA so far. No luck yet but best father/son time ever and don't want deer season to end. Thanks for any info in advance!
