...a prime filet mignon last night, so we added some tasty shrimp, baked taters & fresh green beans, all washed down by some red zinfandel. Intead of just sauteing the shrimp in butter & garlic, we also added some lime juice, tequila & gochujang sauce. The remnants of the sauce from the pan were delicious on the meat, too.

Best of all, I had a hunk of the steak leftover. I'm debating whether to use it for another dinner or eat it for breakfast manana.
