...last night. I wanted to use up the rest of my shrimp ceviche before it spoiled so I ate it with tortilla chips as an appetizer to a meal of stuffed shells with a meatball & garlic toast made from a fresh bolillo. I also had some pickled shrimp/onions that had to be eaten so I used it on a spinach salad. The oil/vinegar mix with capers & celery seeds from the shrimp made a perfect dressing.
