I just had to pass this joke on....
" There was a guy walking down the street in front of a mental facility. As he was walking he could hear a large group on the other side of the tall wall...chanting....13...13...13...13...he became curious and found a small hole in the wall..he put his eye to the hole to see what was going on and got poked in his eye with a stick...heard a loud cheer....then the inmates started chanting....14....14.....14....14....
