Just a lazyman's

...'booger' on a bolillo for the Sun. night repast. Of course, it got all the trimmings -- horseradish, BBQ sauce, onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles & avocado -- plus the perfunctory French fries. By the time I got done stacking stuff, I had a hard time wrapping my mouth around it. I also had a small bowl of leftover poblano chowder.

The meat has goodies on the bottom & top...

They've been on sale a lot around here, so I've been using them on lots of stuff, especially salads.
