Just A question

I was looking in my Drawing History to see if my elk's age was posted yet when I noticed last year I was unsuccesful on moose I knew that but next to Unsucc there is a 3. I looked thru my drawing history and I have some permits some bonus points and some unsuccesful. Last years moose is the only one with a 3 next to it. It really doesn't matter I was just curious if anybody knows what that means was I alternate 3 ?

Just looked through mine and found the same thing!!

I'm pretty sure that "unsucc 3" means you were pulled
out of that draw because you drew another permit....

Every one of my "unsucc 3's" were on years I drew other
L/E permits,,,,Pulling me out of the OIAL draw...
