Just weird how things work?

Can't believe I have 15 points for moose, sheep, and goats and can't draw. Put in for the first time for a bison draw with ZERO points and draw my first choice, figure that one out, odds are only 10000 people put in and 80 tags given out. Now I need all the help I can get never guessed this would happen. Anyone that can help it would be appreciated.

I don't think the bison draw is until fall. How have you drawn now?
